Nestled inside a century-old building in Ramallah, Aleppo Cafe was born from a simple belief: that a cafe should feel like a warm gathering of family. Since 2009, our guests have not been customers — they are beloved friends who return again and again to our embrace.
The stone walls remember. The amber light has witnessed laughter, conversations, board games stretching into the night, and mornings that started with Palestinian breakfast and two cups of tea. Our employees are not staff — they are the soul of this home.
